Very professional all around from our initial quote to the last day of work. Upfront with cost and possible issues, our pool is a very old inground concrete pool. They were able to level the deck out and make a drastic improvement in the look. Requested that we drain the pool for two reasons; one to assist them with the work, but two there would be some amount of concrete dust that would get into the water and we would never be able to get the chemicals correct. Once it was drained, they cleaned up the dust from the grinding of the concrete surface. When it was time to put down the overlay surface they put plastice down on the entire inside of the pool, walls, and bottom. Did a great job of cleaning up after. I am attaching photos, but they only worked on the deck, ignore how ugly the concrete walls are, we are working on those ourselves. They DID NOT do work on any wall or vertical surface, however, I think they would have if we had wanted. I would recommend Concrete Craft to anyone. We are considering bringing them back to fix up our driveway.
